Zucchini and Chorizo Shell-shaped Cookie is such a unique way to enjoy cookie by having some chorizo and zucchini in it. It surely gives a new definition for cookie!
Recipe of Zucchini and Chorizo Shell-shaped Cookie
Ingredients
- 135g of chorizo.
- 260g of zucchini.
- 7 tablespoons of sunflower oil.
- 1 sachet of baking powder.
- 180g of flour
- 5 eggs
- 40g of grated cheese
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 210°C.
- Wash, peel and grate the zucchini.
- Cut the chorizo into small cubes.
- In a salad bowl, put the flour, baking powder, eggs and oil.
- Mix until you get a smooth homogenous paste.
- Add the grated cheese, zucchini and chorizo. Stir.
- Put the dough in the shell-shaped cookie mould.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
