Recipe of Tartar Steak
Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk.
- 1 tablespoon of chopped onion.
- 250g of beef.
- 1 tablespoon of chopped capers.
- 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley.
- Few drops of tabasco.
- 1 teaspoon of ketchup.
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
- 1 teaspoon of mustard.
- Salt and pepper.
Preparation
- Cut the meat with a knife or blend it.
- In a bowl, combine the egg yolk, mustard, onion, capers, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, tabasco, salt and pepper together.
- Add olive oil and stir with a whisk.
- Add the meat and parsley to the sauce and stir everything together to have a homogeneous paste.
- Serve or refrigerate for later.
