Recipe of Salmon Tagliatelles
Ingredients
- 500g of tagliatelles.
- 35cl of fresh cream.
- 1 salmon fillet.
- 10g of butter.
- grated parmesan.
- ground nutmeg.
- Pepper and salt.
Preparation
- Boil some water in a saucepan.
- Cook the pasta in the pan with a little salt.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the cream.
- cut the salmon into cubes.
- Add the salmon in the pan with the cream.
- When the salmon is cooked, add the salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Drain the pastas and pour them into the pan of salmon.
- Servez on a plate and cover with parmesan.
