Recipe of Sweet Potato Soup

Ingredients

• 550g of sweet potatoes
• 2 onions
• 3 cloves of garlic
• 1 teaspoon of cumin
• 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
• 1 cube of vegetable broth
• Salt

Preparation

• Peel the sweet potatoes and onions and cut them.
• Peel the garlic cloves and crush them.
• Put the sweet potatoes, onions, garlic, stock cube, cumin and pepper in a saucepan with 75cl of water.
• Boil the water and cook for 20 minutes.
• Blend.
• Cook for another 5 minutes.
