Recipe of Baked Egg with Bacon
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices of bacon
- 1 jar of fresh cream
- Grated cheese
- Butter
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 240°C.
- Butter 4 ramekins.
- Cut the bacon slices and place them in the bottom of the ramekins.
- Crack an egg into each ramekin.
- Place 1 or 2 spoons of cream on the eggs.
- Sprinkle with grated gruyere.
- Add a bit of butter on each ramekin.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
