Baked Egg with Bacon is very easy to make and a creative way to enjoy your egg for breakfast!

Recipe of Baked Egg with Bacon

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • 1 jar of fresh cream
  • Grated cheese
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 240°C.
  • Butter 4 ramekins.
  • Cut the bacon slices and place them in the bottom of the ramekins.
  • Crack an egg into each ramekin.
  • Place 1 or 2 spoons of cream on the eggs.
  • Sprinkle with grated gruyere.
  • Add a bit of butter on each ramekin.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
