Recipe of Sesame Shortbread
Ingredients
- 10cl of water.
- 100g of pistachios.
- 250g of sesame seeds.
- 1 sachet of baking powder.
- 250g of sugar.
- 500g of flour.
- 200g of butter.
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 150°C.
- Combine the flour, butter, baking powder, sugar, water.
- Knead the dough.
- Form dough pieces the desired size of the shortbread.
- Dip the pieces in the sesame seeds on one side and the pistachios on the other.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
