Recipe of Panna Cotta with Rose
Ingredients
- 9 gelatin sheets.
- 30cl of water.
- 125g of sugar.
- 2 tablespoons of rose water.
- 2 drops of red food colouring.
- 1 vanilla pod.
- 50cl of fresh cream.
Preparation
- Put 3 gelatin sheets in cold water.
- In a saucepan, put 75g of sugar, the vanilla and the cream. Make it boil.
- Remove from the heat and put the gelatin sheets in the saucepan.
- Stir with a whisk and pour into the glasses.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Place the remaining gelatin sheets in cold water.
- In a saucepan, put the remaining sugar and water.
- Boil, stirring continuously.
- Remove from the heat and put the gelatin sheets in the saucepan with the rose water and food colouring.
- Stir well.
- Pour into the glasses.
- Put in the fridge.
