Recipe of Fig Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 80g of sugar.
  • 6 tablespoons of water.
  • 700g of figs.

Preparation

  • Melt the sugar in the water over low heat, stirring continuously.
  • Cut the figs in half and put them in the pan.
  • Once the mixture boils, blend everything.
  • Put the preparation in an ice cream maker.
