Recipe of Fig Jam
Ingredients
- 500g of cane sugar.
- 50cl of dry white wine.
- 10cl of armagnac.
- 2kg of figs.
Preparation
- Cut the figs in half.
- Put the figs in a saucepan with the whine and sugar.
- Leave to macerate for 1 day.
- Boil over low heat for about 30 minutes.
- Add the armagnac.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
- Put the jam in the jar.
