Recipe of Cod Accras
Ingredients
- 200g of cooked cod
- 2 eggs
- 30g of onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 30g of parsley
- 10cl of milk
- 250g of flour
- 20g of chives
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- Cayenne pepper
- Thyme
- Salt
Preparation
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except the cod until you get a smooth dough.
- If the dough is too thick, add more milk.
- Remove the skin and bones from the cod.
- Mash the cod with a fork.
- Add the cod to the dough and stir.
- Leave to rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Form small balls of dough and fry them.
