Recipe of Cauliflower with Curry and Apples
Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 2 apples
- 1 onion
- 15cl of fresh cream
- Curry
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Cut the cauliflowers into pieces and steam it.
- Cut the apples into dices.
- In a pan, cook the onion with the butter.
- Add the cauliflower and apples.
- Add the curry, salt and pepper. Stir.
- Pour in a little water.
- Cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Pour in the cream and mix well by cooking over low heat for 1 or 2 minutes.
