Recipe of Cauliflower Quiche
Ingredients
- 1/2 cauliflower.
- 200g of Paris mushrooms.
- 100g of smoked bacon.
- 100g of parmesan cheese.
- 2 eggs.
- 10cl of fresh cream.
- 1 pinch of nutmeg.
- 1 shortcrust pastry.
- Salt and pepper.
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 210°C.
- Roll out the dough in the mould, prick it with a fork and bake it for 10 minutes.
- Cut the mushrooms.
- Cook the bacon in a pan with the mushrooms.
- In a salad bowl, beat the eggs with the cream and 80g of Parmesan and nutmeg.
- Add salt and pepper and mix well.
- Place the cauliflower, bacon and mushrooms on the shortcrust pastry.
- Cover with the egg mixture.
- Add the rest of the Parmesan on top.
- Cook for 20 minutes.
