Recipe of Caramelized Pork Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1kg of pork ribs.
  • 6 tablespoons of soy.
  • 3 tablespoons of liquide honey.
  • 2 pinches of powdered ginger.
  • 3 tablespoons of oil.
  • 2 spoons of vinegar.
  • 4 cloves of garlic.
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander.
  • 1 pinch of parsley.
  • Salt and pepper.

Preparation

  • Cut the ribs between each bone.
  • In a salad bowl, mix the honey and vinegar. Stir.
  • Add the meat and parsley. Cover and leave to marinate for 4 hours.
  • In a frying pan, brown the ribs and cook for 20 minutes, covered over low heat.
  • Remove the lid and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
