Recipe of Caramelized Pork Ribs
Ingredients
- 1kg of pork ribs.
- 6 tablespoons of soy.
- 3 tablespoons of liquide honey.
- 2 pinches of powdered ginger.
- 3 tablespoons of oil.
- 2 spoons of vinegar.
- 4 cloves of garlic.
- 1 teaspoon of coriander.
- 1 pinch of parsley.
- Salt and pepper.
Preparation
- Cut the ribs between each bone.
- In a salad bowl, mix the honey and vinegar. Stir.
- Add the meat and parsley. Cover and leave to marinate for 4 hours.
- In a frying pan, brown the ribs and cook for 20 minutes, covered over low heat.
- Remove the lid and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
