Recipe of Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 150g of dark chocolate.
- 60cl of milk.
- 8cl of fresh cream.
- Whipped cream.
- 4 teaspoons of cocoa powder.
Preparation
- In a saucepan, pour the milk and cream.
- Make it boil.
- Cut the chocolate into small pieces.
- Remove the pan from the heat and pour in the chocolate.
- Whisk until the chocolate is melted.
- Pour the chocolate into the cups.
- Put the whipped cream on the chocolate.
- Sprinkle with cocoa.
