Mac n Cheese

The classic British Macaroni cheese – all made in one pot!!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 L milk
  • 455g macaroni pasta
  • 200g cheddar cheese

Method

  1. In a large saucepan, pour in the milk and bring it to a boil
  2. Add the pasta to the milk and keep stirring until the pasta is cooked (this will be about 10 minutes)
  3. Take the saucepan off the heat. Add the cheddar. Stir until it’s all melted.
  4. EAT AND ENJOY!!
