Ingredients:

• 100 g of pistachios
• 100 g Of flour.
• 90 g of sugar
• 75 ml milk
• 2 eggs
• 20 ml of olive oil
• Pinch of salt
• Pinch of ginger
• 1 sachet of baking powder

Procedures:

• Preheat the oven to 180° C
• Chop the pistachios and reserve.
• Beat the eggs with the sugar until white and a bit fluffy.
• Add the milk and beat.
• Add the sifted flour together with the baking powder. Mix well.
• Add the oil, a pinch of salt, and the ginger and stir until smooth.
• Finally, add the pistachios and mix them very well.
• Bake at 180 ° C. for about 35 min.
