Recipe of Pesto Muffin

Ingredients

• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
• 80g of pesto.
• 100g of flour.
• 1 egg.
• 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt.

Preparation

• Preheat the oven to 180°C.
• Combine the yogurt, egg and baking powder.
• Gradually, pour the flour while mixing.
• Once the dough is smooth, add the pesto. Stir.
• Pour the preparation into the moulds and bake for 15 minutes.
