Recipe of Nectarine Mousse
Ingredients
- 6 gelatin sheets.
- 200g of sugar.
- 500g of nectarine.
- 2 egg whites.
- 250g of liquid cream.
- 10cl of water.
Preparation
- In a saucepan, put the water and sugar.
- Melt the sugar over low heat while stirring continuously.
- Add the gelatine sheets.
- Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Peel the nectarines and remove the pits.
- Blend them and add them in the bowl.
- Beat the cream and pour it gently in the bowl, stirring continuously.
- Beat the egg whites until stiff and pour them gently in the bowl, stirring continuously.
- Leave overnight in the refrigerator.
