Recipe of Nectarine Mousse

Ingredients

  • 6 gelatin sheets.
  • 200g of sugar.
  • 500g of nectarine.
  • 2 egg whites.
  • 250g of liquid cream.
  • 10cl of water.

Preparation

  • In a saucepan, put the water and sugar.
  • Melt the sugar over low heat while stirring continuously.
  • Add the gelatine sheets.
  • Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  • Peel the nectarines and remove the pits.
  • Blend them and add them in the bowl.
  • Beat the cream and pour it gently in the bowl, stirring continuously.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff and pour them gently in the bowl, stirring continuously.
  • Leave overnight in the refrigerator.
