Recipe of Mashed Carrots
- 6 carrots
- 1 potato
- 2 tablespoons of fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
- Peel the carrots and potatoes and cut them into pieces.
- Cook for 10 to 15 minutes in a saucepan.
- Mix the vegetables with the cream.
- Add the cumin and nutmeg. Stir.
