Gazpacho is a typical dish from southern Spain. It is a cold soup with various ingredients.
Recipe of Gazpacho
Ingredients
- 1kg of tomato.
- 1 green bell pepper.
- 1 cucumber.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- 50ml of olive oil.
- 50g of loaf of bread.
- 250ml of water.
- 5g of salt.
- 30ml of vinegar.
Preparation
- Cut out all the ingredients and add the oil, fresh water and vinegar.
- Blend everything until it is homogeneous.
- Let it rest in the fridge for a few hours.
