Recipe of Camembert Muffin

Ingredients

  • 100g of camembert
  • 15cl of milk
  • 100g of bacon
  • 1 shallot
  • 4 slices of sandwich bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of thyme
  • Pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Cut the camembert and the bread into cubes.
  • Peel the shallot and chop it.
  • Cook the bacon in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
  • Mix the bacon and shallot with the cheese and bread. Add pepper.
  • Pour the preparation in the muffin moulds.
  • Beat the eggs with the milk and thyme.
  • Add the eggs mixture to the moulds.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
