Recipe of Camembert Muffin
Ingredients
- 100g of camembert
- 15cl of milk
- 100g of bacon
- 1 shallot
- 4 slices of sandwich bread
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- Pepper
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Cut the camembert and the bread into cubes.
- Peel the shallot and chop it.
- Cook the bacon in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Mix the bacon and shallot with the cheese and bread. Add pepper.
- Pour the preparation in the muffin moulds.
- Beat the eggs with the milk and thyme.
- Add the eggs mixture to the moulds.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
