Recipe of Apricot Jam

Ingredients

  • 1kg apricots
  • 2 sprigs of rosemary
  • 700g sugar
  • 10cl lemon juice
  • 1 glass of water

Preparation

  • Wash and cut the apricots in half.
  • Remove the kernels.
  • In a saucepan, pour the apricots, sugar, lemon juice and water.
  • Cover and let macerate for 5 hours.
  • Heat the pot over medium heat until it boils.
  • Chop the rosemary.
  • Add the rosemary into the pot.
  • Simmer over low heat for 1 hour.
