Recipe of Mirabelle Plum Clafoutis

Ingredients

  • 750g of mirabelle plums
  • 3 eggs
  • 90g of sugar
  • 150g of fresh cream
  • 45g of butter
  • 60g of flour
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Beat the eggs with the sugar and salt.
  • Gradually add the flour while stirring continuously.
  • Add the cream and melted butter while stirring.
  • Add the fruits.
  • Butter the mould.
  • Pour the mixture into the mould.
  • Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
