Recipe of Mirabelle Plum Clafoutis
Ingredients
- 750g of mirabelle plums
- 3 eggs
- 90g of sugar
- 150g of fresh cream
- 45g of butter
- 60g of flour
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar and salt.
- Gradually add the flour while stirring continuously.
- Add the cream and melted butter while stirring.
- Add the fruits.
- Butter the mould.
- Pour the mixture into the mould.
- Put in the oven for 30 minutes.
