Recipe of Apricot and White Chocolate Pie
Ingredients
- 1 handful of almonds
- 200g ground almonds
- 50g sugar
- 125g white chocolate
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 500g apricots
- 2 eggs
- 40g butter
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Spread the shortcrust pastry in the mould, prick it and cook for 4 minutes.
- In a bowl, break the eggs and beat them with the sugar.
- Add the melted butter and ground almonds. Stir.
- Melt the chocolate and pour it over the shortcrust pastry.
- Wash the apricots, cut them and remove the kernels.
- Place the apricots on the shortcrust pastry.
- Cover with the preparation.
- Pour a few almonds on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
