Recipe of Apricot and White Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 handful of almonds
  • 200g ground almonds
  • 50g sugar
  • 125g white chocolate
  • 1 shortcrust pastry
  • 500g apricots
  • 2 eggs
  • 40g butter

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • Spread the shortcrust pastry in the mould, prick it and cook for 4 minutes.
  • In a bowl, break the eggs and beat them with the sugar.
  • Add the melted butter and ground almonds. Stir.
  • Melt the chocolate and pour it over the shortcrust pastry.
  • Wash the apricots, cut them and remove the kernels.
  • Place the apricots on the shortcrust pastry.
  • Cover with the preparation.
  • Pour a few almonds on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
