This recipe is good for 2 people so you can still get to share it with your friend or even to your fitness buddy.
Recipe of Zucchini Rolls:
- 1 zucchini
- 2 cans of tuna
- 5-6 tablespoons of fried tomato or vegetable stir-fry
- Emmental cheese
- Using a knife make strips along the zucchini and put them on a flat plate.
- Put in the microwave, covered with the lid, for about 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile in a bowl mix the tuna with the sauce.
- Make rolls with the zucchini strips and put them in a bowl or a pan suitable for the oven.
- Using a spoon, put the cheese on top and bake for 10 minutes.
