It’s look absolutely delicious!!

800gr potatoes
1 leek
100gr celery
1 teaspoon salt,
1 teaspoon curcuma
3 tablespoon of olive oil
30gr white miso (optional)
1,4 lt of water

Peel, cut and wash all the vegetables of our recipe.
We put in a wave the oil and sofreimos leeks.
Add the celery potato, salt and water and let it cook for a long time until the potatoes release their starch and are well cooked.
Add turmeric and white miso (if we don’t have miso, add another teaspoon of salt) and crush everything.
If you see that the cream is very thick you can add some water, broth or vegetable milk to get a good texture.
