Recipe of Tomato and Bell Pepper Crumble

Ingredients

  • Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 60g of parmesan cheese
  • 60g of hazelnuts
  • 100g of flour
  • 100g of butter

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Cut the tomatoes and bell peppers into pieces.
  • Slice the onion.
  • Cook the onion in a drizzle of oil.
  • Add the sugar, tomatoes and bell peppers.
  • Cook for 5 minutes while stirring.
  • Blend the hazelnuts.
  • Mix the hazelnuts with the flour, parmesan cheese and butter with your hands.
  • Place the vegetables mixture in the mould.
  • Add the flour and hazelnuts mixture on top.
  • Cook for 45 minutes.
