Recipe of Tomato and Bell Pepper Crumble
Ingredients
- Olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 bell peppers
- 6 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 60g of parmesan cheese
- 60g of hazelnuts
- 100g of flour
- 100g of butter
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cut the tomatoes and bell peppers into pieces.
- Slice the onion.
- Cook the onion in a drizzle of oil.
- Add the sugar, tomatoes and bell peppers.
- Cook for 5 minutes while stirring.
- Blend the hazelnuts.
- Mix the hazelnuts with the flour, parmesan cheese and butter with your hands.
- Place the vegetables mixture in the mould.
- Add the flour and hazelnuts mixture on top.
- Cook for 45 minutes.
