Gluten-Free Fig Cake


Today, thanks to @singlutenplis, we will share the recipe for the GLUTEN-FREE FIG CAKE!!!!😍

INGREDIENTS:
– 170 gr almond flour
– 2 eggs
– 1 orange: juice and zest
– 55ml olive oil
– agave syrup (to taste)
– half yeast envelope
– a little bit of salt
– figs (I put about 6)

ELABORATION:
▫️ Mix all the liquid ingredients: eggs, oil, orange juice, agave
▫️ Add the dry ones: almond flour, yeast, orange zest and salt.
Mix it well so that it is uniform dough and put in the mold
▫️ Place the figs in pieces and peeled on top
▫️ 45/50 minutes in the oven preheated to 170 degrees
