Recipe of Fig Sorbet
Ingredients
- 80g of sugar.
- 6 tablespoons of water.
- 700g of figs.
Preparation
- Melt the sugar in the water over low heat, stirring continuously.
- Cut the figs in half and put them in the pan.
- Once the mixture boils, blend everything.
- Put the preparation in an ice cream maker.
