We love the Italian cuisine. With only a few ingredients of good taste, you will soon have a delicious meal on your table. Finest olive oil, pasta dente, the bright colors of sun-ripened tomatoes and fresh basil – no one can resist!
- 500g pasta
- 3 tomatoes
For the pesto:
- a handful of roasted pine nuts (also walnuts or almonds)
- a good handful of grated Parmesan
- 1-2 cloves of garlic depending on your taste
- some sea salt and finest olive oil
- a pot of basil
Bring salted water to boil and add pasta. While the pasta is cooking, the pesto can be prepared.
For the pesto, lightly fry the pine nuts or walnuts in a pan. Peel the garlic and cut it roughly and then put all ingredients in the blender, cover it, press Start and you’re done.
Cut the tomatoes and place them together with lettuce in a large bowl.
Mix the pasta with the pesto and put into the bowl as well.
