Pink lemonade

The weekend is just around the corner and the hot weather makes everyone wanting to drink something refreshing. This pink lemonade tastes and looks awesome.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lemons
  • 100 ml guava syrup (for example from Monin)
  • 2-3 stalks of lemon balm
  • 900 ml of ice-cold mineral water (carbonated)
  • 100g pomegranates
  • crushed ice

Preparation:

Halve 1 lemon and squeeze out the juice. Mix lemon juice, guava syrup, lemon balm and pomegranate. Cool it for 2 hours in the fridge.

Slice leftover lemon. Put ice and lemon slices in glasses. Fill the glass with guava mixture (without the lemon balm) and mineral water and consume on the same day.
