This easy to prepare dessert is perfect for a hot summer afternoon like today. You don´t need many ingredients to follow the recipe.


  • 1 apple
  • 3 teaspoons of sugar
  • 2 slices of sunflower bread
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2x 150g yoghurt


Wash the apple, peel and cut into small cubes (0.5cm).

Caramelize 2 teaspoons of sugar in a pan until the sugar turned light brown. Once the caramel has got some color, add the apple cubes and cook for about 5 minutes, Then put the mixture aside to cool down.

Chop the sunflower bread. Heat the pan medium to high and add the sunflower bread to the pan with 1 tablespoon of oil. Roast the bread for about 5 minutes . Then sprinkle 1 tsp sugar over it.

Whisk the yoghurt creamy.  Last but not least put the yoghurt, apple pieces and sunflower bread into small glasses.
