Very trendy since few years, the smoothie bowl is perfect for healthy breakfast and unlike the classic smoothie the texture is thicker which is perfect to be fill up all morning !
There is plenty of different recipes, for the one of today you will need first for the base:
- 200g of frozen red fruits
- 1 banana
- 60g of flakes
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 100g of coconut milk
- 30g of agave sirup
Mix all the ingredients together, then put the mixture in a bowl.
Then for the topping you can add what you like! To gave you some ideas there is some ingredients which are perfect for this recipe:
- fresh strawberries/ raspberries
- chia seeds
- shredded coconut
And there you are, your smoothie bowl is ready! Enjoy your meal 🙂
