The perfect idea for a quick breakfast, easy and healthy, the banana pancakes can fit for your brunch as well as your snacks.
To do it you have to use the following ingredients (for approximatively 6 pancakes)
- 1 banana
- 70 g of flour
- 5 g of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Before starting make sure you have a blender because it’s necessary for the recipe.
The first step is to put the egg and the banana in the blender and mix it for about 2 minutes: consistency will become a little bit frothy.
Then heat the pan at medium heat
Now, add the the egg-banana mix flour, salt and baking powder, then mix it again during 1 minute.
Finally when the pan is hot enough just follow the recipe of classic pancakes (but first add a little oil of your choice in the pan to avoid make it fit) meaning pour a ladle of pastry about 1 centimetre thickness during 1 minute for each sides.
And now it’s ready! You can add any topping of your choice, we recommend peanut butter with grated coconuts which taste very well with banana.
