- A pastry (pie crust or sweet short crust)
- Pastry cream
- Strawberry jam
First of all, prepare the pastry: it needs to be cooked for 20 to 25 minutes at 180 °C.
Then, prepare the pastry cream, you have to let it cool before dropping it on the baked pastry.
And finally, the only thing left is to carefully put the strawberries on the pastry cream, add a slightly coat of jam and there you have it! (To be served cold)
