Summer is coming and this Spanish cocktail will be perfect to brighten your diner with your friends.
Preparation time : 15 min
- 1L of wine (1 bottle of red wine and 1/2 bottle of white wine)
- 25cl of fruits juice (orange juice, lemon juice, …)
- 15cl of lemonade
- 10cl of alcohol (50% of Cointreau + other alcohol)
- 1/2 orange
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 apple
- 10cl of cane sugar syrup
- 2 pinches of cinnamon
Wash and cut the fruits.
Place the fruits in a large salad bowl with the wine, the cane sugar syrup and the cinnamon.
Add the fruits juice, the lemonade and the alcohol. Store in a cool place for 30 minutes.
Tip : Chose seasonal fruits for your preparation because It’s the basis of your sangria.
