Healthy Banana Bread

It´s May! The weather is getting better, because the summer is just around the corner. The wish to have a perfect bikini body is on your mind but the motivation to work out is nowhere found. We got you covered, because eating healthy is also important. This banana bread will help you to enjoy your diet! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¾ cup wholemeal flour
  • 1 cup apple sauce
  • baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • walnuts (one handful) 

Preparations:

First of all, chop the walnuts and put them to the side. Take a bowl and mash the bananas with a fork. 

Add whole flour, apple sauce, eggs, baking soda and cinnamon and mix everything up. Now you can add the walnuts into the mixture.

Put a baking sheet in your baking tin, so the banana bread won´t get stuck in the tin.

Pour the mixture into the baking tin carefully and put it for 30-40 minutes at 356°F into the oven. 

Fresh and warm, straight from the oven it tastes the best!

Tip: Who doesn´t like it that healthy can put Nutella or jam on top of the banana bread to have the ultimate taste experience.
