Everybody knows sweet muffins but let’s taste salty muffins. This recipe of salty muffins is easy to prepare and will be your best ally for parties and evenings with friends or family.
For 6 persons:
- Olive oil
- 1.5 lbs of sweet potato
- 4 onions
- 2 red chilli peppers
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 oz of feta
- 8 oz of flour
- 0,1 oz of baking powder
- 1,5 oz of parmesan cheese
Peel and rasp the sweet potatoes. Mince the onions and peppers and mix everything in a bowl.
Add the eggs, feta, flour and parmesan cheese. Mix, then add the baking powder and olive oil and mix well.
Pour the dough into muffin cups and bake for about 45 minutes at 350°F.
Finally, serve the warm muffins.
