For freshness on your plate, make a Greek salad, It’s easy and cheap.

For 5 people
- Pasta (optionnal)
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 3 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- Black olives
- Feta cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Cook the pasta in a saucepan.
Peel and deseed the peppers. Then, cut them.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them like the peppers.
Peel and cut into dice the cucumber.
In a salad bowl, mix the peppers, the tomatoes and the cucumber and add the feta cheese and the black olives (deseed and split them if it’s necessary). Add the pasta when there are cooked and dress the salad.
Store in a cool place for 30 minutes.
Tip: If you desire a substantial salad add pasta or lamb’s lettuce. You can replace the feta cheese with mozzarella.
