Simple, quick, and tasty homemade Mac N Cheese recipe
- 225g Pasta
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 flour
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cook the pasta in boiling water with a pinch of salt and then drain.
- In a hot pot, put the butter, flour, salt, pepper and mix well for 5 minutes.
- Add the milk and then cheese while stirring very well
- Add the drained pasta and mix all together.
