Mac ‘N’ Cheese

Simple, quick, and tasty homemade Mac N Cheese recipe


  • 225g Pasta
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 flour
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


  • Cook the pasta in boiling water with a pinch of salt and then drain.
  • In a hot pot, put the butter, flour, salt, pepper and mix well for 5 minutes.
  • Add the milk and then cheese while stirring very well
  • Add the drained pasta and mix all together.
