A delicious british dessert with no cooking required.
- 500 gr / 1 lb 2 oz strawberries
- 400 ml / 14 fl oz of double cream
- Ready made meringues
- fresh mint
Purée half of the strawberries in a blender and chopped the remaining ones for decoration later.
Whip the double cream, until speaks form. Crush the meringues and add them to the blended strawberries.
Fold in the meringues and blended strawberries. Scoop some of the preparation in glasses and finally add the chopped strawberries and mint on top of the preparation.
