The preparation should not last too long and it should also taste pleasant. The pleasant thing about vegetable shakes is that you make them in a jiffy, they are suitable for any time of the day, easy to carry and they stay for at least two days in the fridge so you can enjoy it for several days.
Besides the fact that spinach is good for building our muscles, this green vegetable contains even more positive characteristics. Spinach provides strong bones, it can prevent heart and vascular diseases (by the vegetable omega-3 fats and folic acid-containing spinach), it provides a lot of iron and is important for the formation of red blood cells and oxygen transport in the body.

- 450 grams of fresh spinach
- 2 pieces of fruit of choice (spinach has a strong and irony taste, so choose fruit with a sweet taste like orange, fresh pineapple or melon)
