Warm Chili con carne for cold daysd

Days are getting shorter and colder. Instead of drinking hot tea, try to warm up with delicious Chili con carne.

It’s one of the most popular Spanish food.

Time: 45 minutes

Serving: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 big onion
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of chilli cayenne
  • 500g of mince
  • 1 teaspoon of dry oregano
  • 4 toamtoes
  • 200g of red bean
  • 100 ml of chicken broth
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet pepper and black pepper
  • pinch of salt

Preparation

Oil pour into lerge frying pan. Add slices onion, garlic, organo, sweet pepper and chilli. Fry around 1 minute. Add mince and fry.

Then, add cubed tomatoes. Add black pepper and salt. Stir. Later, cover with lid and stew for 20 minutes, stirring from time to time. After this time, add cut pepper and cook for the next 10 minutes.

Finally, add red beans and stirring, cook for 3-5 minutes. Pour gradualy the broth into the stew.
