Stuffed Avocado


Even if you aren’t a fan of avocado you should try the stuffed ones!

It is known as “good fat” and is recommended to consume. What does it mean? It contributes nearly 20 vitamins and minerals to making it a great nutrient dense food choice. Although it’s quite calorific, it’s perfect for heart and skin.

Time: 25-30 minutes

Serving: 2


  • 1 soft avocado
  • 3 tablespoon of quark
  • half red pepper
  • fresh basil
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoon of red beans


Start with cutting avocado (two halves) and delicately get rid of pit. Core one tablespoon of pulp from each of the half. Then, cut the onion and pepper. Chop basil. Mix all the cut vegetables with beans, green pulp, basil and quark. Fill the halves with prepared stuffing and put into preheated to 180 C oven, for 15-20 minutes.
