Sweets don’t have to be bad for us!
Today we have a simple recipe for your own chocolate sweets! They won’t be the same as you can see on the picture, but we guarantee they’ll be delicious! 😉
Time: 1,5 hour
- 135g crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoon of dark cacao
- 125ml milk
- 30g whey protein
- 50g dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Combine peanut butter, milk, cacao and whey protein. Stir it smoothly. Put the mixture to a plastic box and then to the refrigerator for around an hour. Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil.
Take the box out from the refrigerator. Cut the frozen mixture into 30 pieces and pour the melted chocolate over them. Put again to the refrigerator for another 15 minutes.
