You don’t have to buy milk slices to eat them. You can make one by yourself!
Who doesn’t love milk slices? And because we love them too, we have prepared a recipe for Milk Slice Cake so you can enjoy it anytime you want.
Time: 40 minutes (plus at least 2 hours in the fridge)
- 5 eggs
- 300 g of cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons of flour
- 3 tablespoon of cacao
- 20 g of honey
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 300 ml of whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
Start with preheating the oven to 180 C. In one bowl beat sugar with white eggs. In another bowl add yolks. Later add cacao, flour and baking powder. Mix all those ingredients together.
Secondly, the beaten foam pour carefully to the dough. Stir. Pour on a baking sheet with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven. Leave to cool and then cut in half lengthwise (to make two parts).
Then, beat the cream with the vanilla sugar into a hard foam. Add honey and soft cream cheese. Lower part of sponge fill with stuffing and cover with the second part. Put into the fridge for at least 2 hours.
