Mug cakes have became popular. And we couldn’t leave them behind without giving you a recipe for a homemade one!
Our mug cake is free from any additional sugar and food preservatives. Besides, it’s delicious and perfect for lunch. It’s also good for breakfast, especially when you have a hard night or need to boost your energy. Also, if you a sport lover, this healthy mug cake provides you with a necessary energy after your workout 🙂 Personally, I eat mug cake almost every time after my workouts, though I add a small teaspoon of whey protein. You can do it too, if you have some.
Time: 2 – 2,5 minutes
Making: 1 mug
- 50g of banana
- 2 eggs
- 50g of all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoon of coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 tablespoon of unsweetened cacoa
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Add all ingredients into a deep mug. Stir ingredients very carefully. Put it into microwave and cook for 2 – 2,5 minutes.
