Hot days can finish us off. Frozen yogurt is a good alternative if you are diabetics, watch your waistline or just want to try something new than just ice creams.
Frozen yogurts appeared on the market in 1980. In the recent years, they have gained popularity as a healthier alternative to ice creams. It contains less fat and more protein since it bases on milk (yogurts are made of milk) and not on cream. Additionally, frozen yogurt usually has its own sour taste what means it is free from additional sugar substitutes.
