- 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds
- 1 cup of chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup of dried fruits (raisins, dates, dried apricot etc.)
- 2 tablespoon of sunflower oil
- 2 teaspoon of cinnamon

- (additionally) 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
To begin with, heat oven to 180C and prepare a tray with a thin, unlined baking sheet.
Secondly, in a bowl put seeds, chopped nuts, rolled oats and chopped dried fruits and mix them together. Add salt and cinnamon. Whisk honey, vanilla extract and oil together until smooth.
Then, pour the oil mixture over the oats. Stir it until fully combined. Spread the wet oats on to baking sheet.
Lastly, put the tray into oven and bake for 30 minutes. If you want your granola to be more roasted, leave it longer. After time, remove from the oven and let it cool off. Do not stir! When it cools, add to a bowl and pour with milk.
